The program represent knowledge, skills and competencies that are recognized in academic terms as being comparable to Doctoral Degrees and Vocational Qualifications at Level 8.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"label\"><strong>Entry Requirement<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Minimum Age: 21 years old or above; AND<\/p>\n<p>Any of the requirements below:<br \/>\n1. Minimum OTHM Level 7 diploma or Postgraduate diploma or Master&#8217;s degree in any filed or equivalent OR<br \/>\n2. Applicants aged 30 years or older with 8 years of working experience may be considered subject to OTHM approval.<\/p>\n<p>AND<br \/>\nApplicant must meet any of the language requirement below:<br \/>\n1. If English is not applicants&#8217; first language, either evidence of that the postgraduate diploma was taught mainly in English or a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"label\"><strong>Duration:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>12 months (Part-time, E-learning)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"label\"><strong>Intake:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>New intake is available every month, please contact our message us for more information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"label\"><strong>Graduation Requirements:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Students must complete all the subjects, by submitting assignments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The postgraduate consists of 8 compulsory modules\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1. DEVELOPING STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL<br \/>\nThe aim of this unit is to develop learners\u2019 understanding of strategic management in a globalised world and how leadership informs and influences strategic change. It will also develop ability to evaluate strategic position, choices and actions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. MANAGING STRATEGIC CHANGE<br \/>\nThe aim of this unit is to develop learners\u2019 understanding of theories and models of change management and how they apply to contemporary organisations in the globalised world. Learners will understand the personal characteristics of change agents as well as the evaluation and development of leadership skills to meet current and future strategic change management roles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT<br \/>\nThis module will introduce some fundamentals of research projects especially from a DBA perspective. It highlights various challenges and bottlenecks faced by researcher in a typical DBA programme and aims to educate participants about the best practices related to management of DBA research.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. ADVANCED RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGIES<br \/>\nThis module is designed to advance the existing knowledge of research methods and aims to introduce complex research design and advanced methods for analysing and interpreting literature, higher level methods for analysing complex qualitative and quantitative data. There will be special focus on the tools that are available for data analysis and learners will be introduced to a wide range of data analysis tools applicable to business research.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5. DEVELOPING RESEARCH CAPABILITY<br \/>\nThis unit aims will enable learners to gain comprehensive understanding about the role of research in solving business problems and develop capabilities to critically evaluate existing body of knowledge to put forward a case for further research.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION<br \/>\nThe aim of this unit aim is to introduce learners to the basics of business processes and strategies related to enterprise and entrepreneurship, developing knowledge of enterprise and entrepreneurship in global contexts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7. STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT<br \/>\nThe aim of this unit is to develop learners\u2019 understanding of how the effective strategic management of human resources supports the achievement of organisational objectives in different contexts. Learners will evaluate the contribution of strategic human resource management, and the application of leadership and management theory for organizational benefit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8. STRATEGIC MARKETING<br \/>\nThe aim of this unit is to develop learners\u2019 understanding of the concepts and models of effective supply chain and operations management in competitive marketplaces using case studies and real-world industry scenarios.
