Windsor Management College was established in 2012, approved by SWDA under the Enhanced Registration Framework. The school has been a rapid-developing commercial school in Singapore

The Manager of the Private Education Institute (PEI) is Mr. Gao Chuan

SWDA has approved the change of name from Windsor Business School to Windsor Management College with effect from 6 March 2017.
